Performance & Delivery Policy
How a project starts, how milestones are accepted, and how final handover and support work.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Nature of delivery
Jodfay supplies customised digital services, not physical goods, so no physical shipping applies. Delivery is electronic through preview links, code repositories, design files, accounts or secure credentials, depending on the project.
2. Pre-contract proposal
Before acceptance, the proposal states the essential service characteristics, scope, deliverables, expected schedule, total price, VAT and known fees, payment milestones, revision rounds and any warranty or support. The accepted proposal is the project-specific reference.
3. Starting work
Performance starts after written acceptance, payment of the due instalment and receipt of the necessary information, content and access. We send electronic confirmation of the start, schedule and approved contact point.
4. Milestones and acceptance
- Each milestone is shared through the agreed project channel.
- The client provides consolidated feedback within the proposal's review period.
- In-scope changes are completed within agreed revision rounds; additional work needs a written change order.
- Written approval accepts the milestone, while covered technical defects remain eligible for support.
5. Delays and dependencies
The schedule extends for client delays in content, approvals or access. Third-party services such as hosting and payment gateways can also affect timing; we notify the client and propose alternatives. If the provider is more than 15 days late beyond the agreed date, a consumer retains the remedies prescribed by Saudi law unless the delay results from force majeure or the client.
6. Final handover and support
After final approval and payment, we hand over the agreed deliverables and accounts and explain basic operation. Defect-fix and support periods are stated in the proposal; new features are change requests. For objections, see the Complaints Policy; for cancellation, see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
